A: We offer Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery for all orders within the UK. This ensures quick and secure delivery of your essential oils.

You can also contact us after purchasing to arrange to collect your order in person and Helen Cresswell will refund any Postage & Packing charge paid.

A: Yes, you can pick up your order by prior arrangement. Please contact Helen after purchasing to schedule a convenient pickup time. Helen Cresswell will refund any Postage & Packing charge paid.

A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to track your shipment’s progress.

A: Cancellations are not accepted. Please contact Helen if you have any problems with your order.

A: Our essential oils are of the highest quality and Helen is a qualified and experienced aromatherapist. We recommend that you read the additional information on each product description which gives any contraindications for use. If not already in a blend or ready to roll formulation, we recommend diluting them with a carrier oil before skin application. Always perform a patch test first to ensure there’s no allergic reaction.

A: Yes of course you can add a message for the gift recipient. This will get printed on the packing slip, note, or you can handwrite it to add your own special touch.

 

A: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Helen Cresswell is not responsible for delays due to customs as this is beyond our control.
