Helen started her aromatherapy journey many years ago, working with clients on a one to one basis in Swansea, South Wales, UK, providing bespoke aromatherapy blends.
Having been encouraged by her clients she decided to share her unique aromatherapy creations for everyone to enjoy.
Along with the ready blended oils, she also offers a bespoke blending option to provide you with an aromatherapy blend specific for your own personal needs.
Helen offers a range of treatments suitable for bumps, babies, children and beyond. Helping you to enjoy a Relaxing Life no matter your age.
Helen is qualified to treat people who are currently receiving or have undergone treatment for cancer and holds an up to date CRB Check.
Helen is also experienced in working with children and adults with disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Helen is proud to offer her specialised Aroma Meditation Workshops monthly in 2024. These online and in person workshops encourage you to make time and space in your busy life to calm and relax your mind and body with the added assistance of a tailored essential oil ‘blend of the month’.
